Arriving by plane. Our hotel is located approximately 5 to 6 miles from the Boston Logan International Airport (BOS). Taxi cabs are conveniently located just outside of the baggage claim area. We suggest arriving to the hotel via taxi if you are flying into town.

Arriving by public transportation. The hotel is located 0.3 miles from the Sullivan Station Orange Line (Boston’s local “subway” that is known as the “T”). The hotel is located about 2 city blocks west of the Sullivan Square Subway Station, on Washington Street (also referred to as Cambridge Street).

No. No, complimentary shuttles are not available between the airport and the hotel. However, local taxi cabs and shuttle services are located at the airport, just outside of baggage claim.

You can contact Cassie or Jack to let them know that you’re interested in attending. That way we can keep an eye on things, and let you know when the rooms at the fixed rates are close to filling up. Also let us know the approximate date that you will submit your registration and reserve your hotel room. Please keep in mind that early registration is strongly encouraged! Only a certain number of rooms have been set aside for this event. It is possible that our Fixed Rates will sell out. In the event that our block of rooms sells out, Cassie will work with you directly to discuss rates & availability.

When you are ready to book and purchase your room, you must fill out the registration form that’s above on this webpage. You must register directly on this form in order to receive group rates and secure your room category.  Cassie will then send you a secure link within 1-2 business days to collect your payment details.

Yes! The event is officially starts Thursday, September 26th and wraps up on Sunday, September 29th. However, some people want to extend their stay and arrive a night or two early, or stay additional nights after the event. Please contact Cassie to arrange your hotel nights. She can also help arrange additional hotel nights, without losing the benefits of the group discount during the event!

We list the total price AFTER tax on the event page. However, the average room price per night is $239 before an 11.7% tax is applied.

Yes! Accessible rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Accessible rooms are limited on the hotel premise, so please reserve them for people who truly need the extra space for wheelchairs, etc. Accessible guest rooms features all the great amenities of the Holiday Inn’s standard room with even more space.

Yes, if you have a rewards member for the Holiday Inn, you will be able to enter that number during the reservation process. Simply include your rewards number in the notes section on the registration form.

However, if you prefer to apply your rewards points toward your room, please email Cassie at cassie@oddballescapes.com. There is a separate process for paying for your room using points, and Cassie will guide you through the process.

Cancelling your reservation before 6:00pm (local hotel time) on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 will result in no charge. Canceling your reservation after 6:00pm (local hotel time) on September 24, 2019, OR FAILING TO SHOW, will result in a charge equal to the first night’s stay per room to your credit card. Taxes may apply. Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.

Please book your room as part of the group, as part of our group package includes the Welcome Meeting Space and additional benefits. We chose this hotel because of its close proximity to activities, included events, restaurants, bars, and shopping.
